Neutrino detection as definitive proof... and Hi!
Hi folks!
It seems this reactors is quite stable and it give extra heat with reability so I think the time for the definitive test, which is putting the reactor close to scintillators of a neutrino reactor. Even if the extra heat is around 15W, that's a bit more 1% of the flux of the sun if we enclose it with an area of 1m^2. So, I believe that a week or so close to a detector would be enough proof that fusion is happening without any major concern for measuring extra heat.

Neutrino detection as definitive proof... and Hi!
Hi there MTd2!
Welcome aboard.
It is likely that our experiment has no Fusion going on - more likely some nuclear changes. This is likely the case with many LENR processes and why Cold Fusion is a very bad name for the supergroup. It is true that is some types of LENR fusion is reported, but this is a subset.
It may be the case that the Condensed Matter in our Hydrogen loaded Celani nano structures is an effective antenna if you like able to capture all or part of the energy from neutrinos and is why we have is suggested in out triggering/killing mini project in the collaborate section.
Maybe sitting it next to a fission reactor and its scintillator would satisfy the capture and emission questions in one go. Anyone know a friendly Nuclear plant we can run a experiment in?

Neutrino detection as definitive proof... and Hi!
Hi bob!
Many types of nuclear transitions, specially those that involve proton - neutron conversion, involve neutrino emission. It seems NiH systems are very prone to this kind of conversion, given what is seen as a result from transmutation.

Neutrino detection as definitive proof... and Hi!
Excellent!
So the test as described is a good one - the rate of emission from the fission plants core should be known and be seen as background - if there is more when the Celani cell is present - then we have evidence of LENR regardless of if we can see excess heat. If the Celani cell produces extra heat then maybe its exposure to the fission reactors extra neutrinos might be the cause.
Personally - the 3 TW Neutrino beam in the US to be completed by 2016 ( I think ) would be ideal as not only would you have a high neutrino flux, they are sure to have a great neutrino detector.

Neutrino detection as definitive proof... and Hi!
Celani could use his contacts in Italy to arrange a test. They have many types of great detectors there.
Anyway, here is a list. Note that there must be care in order to choose the correct detector since they have widely different thresholds for detection.
