I'm curious what the players and coaches in cricket think about whether tea or lunch breaks can affect strategy and the course of the game. Have you come across their comments on this?

Rest periods are not only an opportunity to take a break, but also a time to think about the game strategy in a relaxed environment and find ways to improve it. Undoubtedly, both coaches and players use this time to the fullest. I came across a few statements about the strategic impact of breaks on the game from MS Dhoni and cricket analyst Harsha Bhogle on the blog fantasyhero.in/blog/cricket-tea-break . Indian captain MS Dhoni once said that Lunch breaks are when the real conversations happen, and often, they change the outcome of sessions.
