Loading phase started in EU cells on V2.0 Protocol

This evening, Mathieu began the loading phase on his dual cells.  Cell A, the active cell is receiving hydrogen, now, while Cell B, also with an active wire, will remain unexposed to hydrogen.  Got to the live data viewer if you want to watch: data.hugnetlab.com

Mathieu is now at step 6, or the beginning of loading. 

The US Cells at HUG are on step 5.C, watching the cell at a constant power for a week.  We may abbreviate this step, though, to be able to start the loading sooner.
