Francesco Celani key speaker at Italian Senate meeting about LENR
The successful meeting was conducted in order to inform decision makers considering a proposal by Sen Scilipoti Isgrò for proper state funding for both earthquake and LENR research before the end of February 2016. The aim would be to have a program similar to project ImPACT that is operating now in Japan.
The meeting was held on Nov. 24, 2015 at the Higher House of Italy (Senate) in Roma, on "Very Innovative Research" (Ricerche di frontiera).
The meeting had two main topics: Earthquake forecasting and LENR. and Francesco Celani spoke for over 40 minutes.
A) Transmutation project of Iwamura
First public presentation, after Congress ICCF-18 (2013), where they showed that the rate of transmutation by electrolytic methods is about a thousand times faster than previous gas based approach. (Presentation to the prestigious MIT in Cambridge-Boston (USA))

easiest factor to keep in mind of. I say to you, I certainly get irked
while people think about issues that they plainly do not recognise about.
You controlled to hit the nail upon the highest and also outlined out the entire thing without
having side effect , other people can take a signal.
Will proably be again to get more. Thanks

Your blog provided us valuable information to work on. You have done a wonderful job!
issues. When I look at your blog site in Opera, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer,
it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up!
Other then that, awesome blog!
All key information to our work and direct collaborations is posted here on QH first or at the same time. Partial information is posted to FB and other potentially interesting/rel ated material and events that are also likely covered elsewhere.
I do not have a FB account - too time consuming and depressing, however you should still be able to see the the posts there as the page is public. I notice it does have an annoying overlay - but at least this will tell the other half that you have not signed up!

The inherently alternating, nanoporous structure of iron/potassium oxide catalysts as used by Leif Holmlid apparently has all the properties needed for a good LENR material. As I have noted in the GS5 blog post, lithium corrosion of stainless steel surface leaves over time a pitted, porous layer composed mostly of magnetic Fe on the affected surface; perhaps with some luck it's able to form nanostructures similar to those catalysts, and this is one of the main reasons why I suggested using significant amounts of Li in the initial powder charge.
