Welcome

The Martin Fleischmann Memorial Project is a group dedicated to researching Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (often referred to as LENR) while sharing all procedures, data, and results openly online. We rely on comments from online contributors to aid us in developing our experiments and contemplating the results. We invite everyone to participate in our discussions, which take place in the comments of our experiment posts. These links can be seen along the right-hand side of this page. Please browse around and give us your feedback. We look forward to seeing you around Quantum Heat.

Join us and become part of the project. Become one of the active commenters, who question our work and suggest next steps.

Or, if you are an experimenter, talk to us about becoming an affiliated lab and doing your work in a Live Open Science manner.

Ryan the inventing business is alot like any other profession, the more you do it the more you find out what dosn't work and it's all about your experiences with other manufacturers. The entire reason for a patented invention is public disclosure so the public finds out they can be more comfotable using the "product of the invention" and that in turn creates a demand. So the only "inventors" that may appear paranoid are in fact in doubt that what they have is fully developed into a manufacturable product. The entire concept of inventing and patenting is simply that of profit of some type.

I have found sharing information opens way more doors per say than holding in information which has nothing to do with the claims of the patent applied for on the subject matter of the art disclosed.

I have heard so many stories of inventors losing their inventions from secrecy, look at Mr. Rossi for example, he could have had a great deal if he had of just shared truthfully to others instead of trying it's an all mine thing. Anyway I will not go into that here which should be simply put to bed. There is no reason to get upset at Mr. Rossi or anyone trying to promote a greener type of energy. Just look at what our demands of oil have done. We are primative it seems, sad to think that we would burn an element "like the blood"of the earth (oil). So supporting the field LENR is more important than any moneys that could be gathered from the exploitation of it.

Ryan ; the drawings are concept drawings only, these are more to disclose subject matter of the device, the manufacturing drawings are different but I do not use the solid works until we need to model something in the 3d printer.

These drawings are engineered from claims from the scientists on how to begin to observe the LENR reactions claimed. So it's quite different and on the next phase which is actual production of this model concept based on these dimensional parameters. The 3d printer costs $90 bucks in material just to model a wheel 5" diameter x .375" thick. So we have opted to manufacture one (Universal Reactor) first, set the tool paths from the machinest and then 3d the working reactor. This saves money and time to produce a 3d model that may not work as planned. I know it is parametric modeling and allows for changes but I simply believe in the design/prototype methods of the past, just in case I miss something which usually happens when alot of drawings are generated.
