Welcome

The Martin Fleischmann Memorial Project is a group dedicated to researching Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (often referred to as LENR) while sharing all procedures, data, and results openly online. We rely on comments from online contributors to aid us in developing our experiments and contemplating the results. We invite everyone to participate in our discussions, which take place in the comments of our experiment posts. These links can be seen along the right-hand side of this page. Please browse around and give us your feedback. We look forward to seeing you around Quantum Heat.

Join us and become part of the project. Become one of the active commenters, who question our work and suggest next steps.

Or, if you are an experimenter, talk to us about becoming an affiliated lab and doing your work in a Live Open Science manner.

Hi All,

Following direct one on one communication with Rossi at the conference, we know what our options are with respect to the MFMP and Leonardo Corporation.

10 kW E-Cats

It will not be possible to get individual home E-Cats for the MFMP in the short term because of certification issues and this is going to be an unknown timescale. There needs to be sufficient operational data feedback from industrial units before this will progress.

1MW Unit

We will be able to purchase a 1MW unit with a potential 2 Month lead time, which makes it more realistic. Rossi really liked the idea of it being used to power a hydrotherapy unit for war veterans.

We know people want this to happen and the sooner the better... for the big money to start investing in the field it has to be demonstrated beyond all doubt and that is what the MFMP is for. However buying a 1MW unit will be expensive and whilst people might be passionate about wanting to see this, they might be less keen to part with their own money - even $10 to make it so.

We will be however offering some really attractive rewards for those contributing so we think you will find it easy to be involved.

We expect that we will be able to achieve our primary aim for significantly less money than that needed to purchase a 1MW unit with one of the other candidates and so will likely not need to go down this route.

Two sugestions, one try to change the format of the forum to some thing more dynamic like the ecatworld site, too many clicks to reach this point. also you need to put articles writen adhoc by Celani, Jet, Bruillion etc so more interest is created about news and expectations. As they are supporters of this project, the intellectual contribution will be invaluable.
second, will you able to test a 10kw module before committing to buy the 1MW rector.?

Have you seen the controversy about the investor indepenent mesurments that did not agree with Rossi data?

Suggestions - Use zeolites

Hi Bob,

I saw a very interesting experiment performed using nano-particles of palladium, deuterium and zeolites on the peswiki.com site done by Dr. Iraj Parchamazad. The experiment seemed very simple to setup and perform and it worked 10 times out of 10 producing a lot of excess heat!

You should really check this video out.

Also checkout the peswiki.com page for other interesting techniques.

There is a summary of the ongoing stuff in the LENR area done by the author Sterling Allan of the peswiki.org

Control Cell

I would advise to make a control reactor run along with the active one at all times. This is very important and will avoid many controversies regarding testing results.

Controlling gas pressure accurately (due to possible leaks, pressure drop by hydrogen adsorption of the active wire in the active cell, etc) and other factors that can potentially prevent both cells to reliably show comparable testing conditions might be an issue worth to be studied in depth.

Bob,

First, my first vote would be for Nanor. It seems it's a very small reactor, that may not cost much to replicate. Plus it puts out COP>14+; and from what I have read does seem to be easily replicable. Which makes me wonder why there is not a lot more buzz about this specific LENR process. Because all we need to do is prove that LENR is real and reproducible and the world is ours.

Here is a copy of a post from an LENR website that says it all:

Second, my vote would go to Mark LeClair, over at Nanospire, Inc..

This is indeed a cat of different spots compared to other LENR type devises. However, there is a lot going on her!, and Mark really needs and is open to replication. If you have the time I suggest you research his work...if you have not done so already.

better ratio of power out to power in

How about using some insulation (thermal) to decrease the amount of power-in needed to reach the required temperature? There by giving better power-out to power-in ratios. I suggest rock wool it is good to 700 degree C.

I would like to suggest one test that may possibly lead to improvement of the COP of Celani cell. It is based on my theoretical research and analysis of number of experiments involving nuclear transmutation. I propose applying scalar (longitudinal) waves generated by Tesla technology. For this reason a Tesla coil must be used. It is known that Tesla coil generates scalar waves, which convert to EM with broad spectrum. Some frequency of this spectrum would be optimal for changing the Coulomb barrier in order to provide a nuclear fusion. It will be necessary to design a Tesla coil with parameters matching the frequency range of the current switching through the Ni-Cr wires.

Hi Sarg,

Thankyou for the suggestion - will you please consider setting up a Gmail account and joining the "New Fire triggering/killing, potential means and equipment design" mini project located here

www.quantumheat.org/index.php/collaborat...and-equipment-design

The live document is here

docs.google.com/document/d/1c5oSvHfuDGHQ...zkjHb8RRqyPdb_I/edit

It would be great if you could join this live document authoring and add in your idea and create a corresponding appendix with diagrams etc.

With regard to your Gravito-Inertial drive, the wider team around the MFMP would be very glad to work with you to do an open replication of the device off the wider LiveOpenScience.org domain in the future.

Thankyou for following our work and participating in it - it is great to have such amazing talent adding value to what we are trying to do.
